FIRE ALARM AND AUTOMATIC EXTINGUISHING SYSTEMS
EEC designs, installs and commissions medium to large scale fire alarm and automatic extinguishing systems, ranging from basic conventional systems to the most sophisticated intelligent multiplex
network systems. Irrespective of the type and complexity of the system, our design criteria are based on international codes and standards like NFPA72, NFPA101, BS5839 and local fire codes.
EEC supports a wide range of fire detection and control equipment, including conventional and analog addressable systems, algorithm-based multi-sensor intelligent addressable fire detectors, VESDA
aspirating high sensitivity smoke detectors, explosion-proof UV and IR flame detectors, intrinsically-safe conventional and addressable fire alarm systems, beam-type smoke detectors, linear heat
detectors, manual call points and electronic sounders for hazardous areas. These can be implemented as standalone systems serving to specific fire detection and protection purposes, as well as
being integrated into larger fire, security and building automation systems. With the new EST SYNERGY concept, EEC will be one of the first building control systems companies in the world to offer
fully integrated UL-listed life safety systems, incorporating advanced fire detection, security, access control, CCTV, smoke control, fire protection and audio evacuation on a single hardware and
software architecture, based on the proven EST3 true peer-to-peer fire control networking system.
EEC also designs and installs automatic gaseous-extinguishing systems incorporating FM200, CO2, Inert Gas Agents and the new Pyrogen aerosol extinguishing agent. From large, engineered
total-flooding systems to small local and in-cabinet applications, these extinguishing systems can be designed to be activated and controlled by individual fire detection systems or to be part of a
larger addressable fire alarm system.
EEC uses only the highest quality, proven and tested products with UL, ULC, LPC or similar internationally recognized certification, from the leading fire detection, control and protection
equipment manufacturers in the world.
