We as seller, on behalf of our mill, submit a Full Cooperate Soft Offer for Thailand origin white rice: Thai long grain white rice 5% broken Thai long grain white rice 10% broken Thai long grain white rice 25% broken Thai long grain white rice A1 100% broken Thai long grain parboiled rice 0% broken 100% (clean and sortexed) Thai long grain parboiled rice (non sortexed) Thai long grain jasmine rice (premium quality) Thai long grain Pathumthani jasmine rice (grade B) Packing: New pp. 50 kg bags Delivery: C&F AWSP Origin: Thailand Quantity: Minimum 250 MT Inspection: SGS or Equivalent Shipment: In bulk or 20' container depending on the quantity Quantity: Any Contract: Spot or 12 months Port of destination: AWSP, suitably equipped to receive dry or bulk shipments, with a minimum rate of discharge of 2,500 M.tons per/24 hours. Each shipment to be discharged, at a single port of discharge, and a single point of discharge. Name(-s) of port will be listed in sales contract. Price: To be discussed according to the payment terms. Inspection: Will be performed by S.G.S. or equivalent on seller's cost at port of loading , according to I.C.C. procedures, and findings are binding on both sides. Buyer is authorized, to send a representative at buyer's expense to the port of loading to be present at loading. Payment: By duly Confirmed, (Revolving in case of one year contract ), Irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit payment at Sight at the counters of Seller's bank. A draft text for the L/C and PBG will be provided with the contract Procedure 1. The buyer issues Letter of intend (LOI) operative credit, duly confirmed as such, by the receiving bank.
