All Zetex Fire Blankets meet or exceed British Standards (BS) 476 Part 6. The blanket comes in sewn standard sizes of :
The fabric is only 0.45mm thick and can be easily wrapped around uneven surfaces. It provides an effective outer layer protection against unwanted contact with heat.
The Blanket is a woven fiberglass fabric and comes in a satin weave ( i.e. smooth, soft, and tightly weaved ) which protects against skin irritation.
