Standard 1.5mm thick mild steel sheet metal plate, coated with baked signal Red polyester epoxy powder paint. All enclosures have vermin-proof side ventilation louvers and clear plastic window on front panel complete with hinged door and fitted with common cam lock to inhibit unauthorized operation.

CABINET CONSTRUCTION

The panels are in modular design utilizing highly integrated modules to provide improved versatility for easy operation and maintenance. Connection between modules are established with highly reliable computer ribbon cables and removable socket for easy replacement.This control panel works on 24VDC and is operated by 220-240v 50 Hz AC power supply. In the event of power failure, back-up supply is available from stand-by battery pack. Unit will automatically switch to battery power when A.C.supply is interrupted therefore integrity of the system is maintained at all time. It will automatically revert to AC power when normal power supply is restored. At the same time back-up battery pack will automatically be re-charged to the regular level.The panel come in various ranges from 4 to 20 zones as standard. Larger zones capacities are available to user's specification. Build-in mimic diagram with L.E.D indicator are located on the panel to show the location of the alarmed zone. It accepts a wide variety of detectors and sounding devices with line supervised out put provided for zone and alarm bell circuits. Standard fire pump sets and auxiliary panel status can be monitored remotely.

GUARD fire alarm control panels are designed and manufactured in accordance to MS 1404: PART 4: 1996 and local CIFS requirement and certified by SIRIM QAS S/B Malaysia.
