Manually operated Rotary Fire Alarm Bell

We require Rotary Fire Alarm. Diameter of red metal bowl to be 9 inches (230mm). Black plastic turning handle with a diameter of two and half inches (60mm). English words 'FIRE' with 2 arrows to be in black on white circle with a diameter of 4 inches (100mm).Behind the bowl is an equilateral triangle  with each side measuring 10 inches (260mm).
