The PYGARD DC Alarm Fire Alarm Control Panel is a compact, supervised control designed to to be an interface between remotely located Fire Detection Devices and Signaling
equipment. The basic unit consist of a cabinet, motherboard, power suppl, trouble, signal & zone detecting modules.
The modular design allows the system to be equipped with exact number of initiate, signal and auxiliary modules to meet individual building requirement.
The PYRGARD power supply produces a 5 AMP 24 V.D.C. maximum output for panel operation and power to external devices. A fused output is supplied with all PYRGARD panels to power external devices. The input operating voltage is 220 VAC 60Hz with the bottom portion of each cabinet reserved for the panel mounted back-up batteries.
Automatic charging of the panel mounted batteries is accomplished by trickle charging unit, providing a low ampere charging to prevent an overload thus preventing battery damage.
