CONVENTIONAL FIRE ALARM SYSTEM

a complete signal numerator system bs-746 control keyboard cooperates only with bs-748 panel and composes a complete signal numerator panel. the device is used mainly for hotel installations. usually bs-748 main panel is mounted in a place which is not visible (e.g. store, cupboard) and bs-746 control keyboard is mounted in a place which is visible and has easy access (e.g. reception). when a call is issued the display on the keyboard indicates us the room number that issued the call. a complete numerator panel system consists of bs- 748 panel which has the purpose of notifying for every call that is made in the area that it covers. the notification is made with an audible and visual signal that is shown on bs-746 keyboard. the call is made using common buttons by either pushing the button or by pulling a cord.it can cover 48 different zones-areas with a capability to enumerate each zone-area individually. the enumeration can be done using the bs-746 control keyboard. each zone terminal can have its own individual name (e.i. terminal no1 corresponds to room 101, terminal no2 corresponds to room 102 e.t.c). using this method, when a call is made, the room number is shown on the display of the keyboard and the internal buzzer sounds until the system is reset by pressing the reset button on the keyboard.when more than one calls activates the panel then these calls are shown in sequence one by one. each call can be reset when it is shown on the display by pressing the reset button.this system is very useful in hotels, rented rooms, hospitals, clinics, old people`s homes e.t.c. in order to expand the number of zones we must connect more bs-748 panels to the system. the total number of zones that can be achieved is 240 zones thus the total number of panels that can be connected to the system is five. bs-716. 16 zones signal numerator panel. it can cover 16 different zones-areas for each zone has a led which light on when become a call from any room. then, the room number is shown on the control panel and the internal buzzer sounds until the system is reset by pressing the reset button.
