PROCEDURES
1. Seller Sends Soft Corporate Offer.
2. End-Buyer issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) and Bank Confirm Letter (BCL).
3. Seller sends Full Corporate Offer (FCO) and draft contract.
4. Buyer returns signed draft contract (with amendments if required).
5. Seller and buyer execute the contract.
6. Buyers Bank issues Documentary Letter of Credit.
7. Seller provides SGS reports.
8. Seller loads vessel and provides Bill of Lading.
9. Buyers payments are upon loading of each vessel and presented documentation thereof (Bills of Laden).
10. Inspection at loading port can be arranged.

kg Polypropylene bags with double stitches. Two (2) percent empty spare bags provides by Sellers free at charge.
Inspection:
Quantity, Quality, and Weight are conducted at the loading port by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or VINAcontrol appointed by buyer at sellers expense.
Payment Terms:
Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit and payments are made after each loading upon seller presenting ship papers, B/L and SGS.
Quantity: 360,000 MT
Deliveries:
30,000 MT on a Monthly Basis for 12 consecutive Months.
Length of Contract: 12 Months
with possible rolls and extensions
Price: $705/MT Gross  Net 10% Broken
Commissions: To be paid by the seller
Shipments: CIF (Destination to be agreed)
