Whenwas our business formed? We have been in business for four years 2004and close on a average 3 to 4 deals a month.

How didour business idea comeabout? Strong Arm Investments started out asdirect sellers of Sugar,Rice and Wheat. Most of our regular customers ask whenwould we startselling cement, so two years ago we began to sell cement thoughthedirect seller sources we have.

A-Transferable, Divisible Fully Funded Revolving Stand-byLetter ofCredit(FFRSLC). This Irrevocable FFRSLC should be valid for 14Monthsand 16days (Based on a 12 Month contract). Fully Funded =TotalContract Value.

Cement Pricing..  PRICE PER MT These pricing commission.

Hereisthecement pricing, also the buyer must stated in the LOI, or ICPOthattheseller pay commission, and that commissions are added tothepricing. Seller pays commissions of two dollars!

1.      Buyersendsus a LOI, or an ICPO, together with a recent BCL which can't beolderthan 72 hours, or on the LOI, or ICPO pro mission to do a SoftProbe, or asgreed. The LOI, or ICPO must be on the buyers letterhead,properly signed andstamped, with a valid date.
2.) We produce a FCO
3.)Buyer fills out, signs, and stamps our FCO.
4.) We produce draft contract
5.)Buyer fills out, signs, and stamps our contract.
6.)Ifany change in our draft contract was done and it is agreed by us,weproceed to send the 4 Hard Copies by courier to the buyer, who shallsign andstamp them and return 2 copies to us, also by courier. Pleaselet us know whatchanges are made.
7.)Buyer opens both a NONOPERATIONAL irrevocable, confirmed, auto-revolvingfor the contractlength, transferable and divisible RDLC, payable 100% at sightfor thevalue of 3 months (or as agreed) shipments and an equallyNONOPERATIONAL transferable and divisible BG for the last 3months'shipments.
8.)Our PB must make the DLC fully operational.The BG shall remain NONOPERATIONAL until the buyer receives our firstdelivery, as POP, whichconfirmation will activate it immediately.
9.)20 to 40 days later, we start delivering cement, as agreed on the contract.
10.)Forthe buyers protection, our contract stipulates clearly that if ourfirstdelivery is not made as latest 60 days after receiving thefullyoperational LC, the contract is no longer valid and the buyer canrecover hismoney from the opened instruments and rolls

Our Procedure Is AsFollows:

1. We can not sell other than CIF

We provide Portland Cementworldwide for buyers ofall types. Our prices are determinant by thesize,length, and destination ofcement. The larger the contract, andlengthbetter will be the price. Wedeliver all around the world. Oncethebuyer, and seller start the process thepaperwork should be completeinfive business days. That includes the LOI, orICPO until hard copyofcontract is signed.

What you should know as theBuyer for Portland Cement:

7.) The Buyer will then receive the first shipment in 30days.

6.) The Buyer will then receive the Final Contract, theBuyer signs then sends the Final Contract back to the Seller.

5.) The Buyer signs and returns the Draft Contract to theSeller, or Sellers Agent.

4.) The Seller will then send the Draft Contract

2.) Seller will issue FCO, and Irrevocable Payment Orderwithin 24
