4. Buyer sends an "Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) with full banking information and sanitized contact information" addressed to Seller.
3. Buyer returns signed and sealed FCO with acknowledgement to Seller
2. Upon Seller's acknowledgement, Seller through Seller's mandate/representative sends FCO by e-mail.
1. Buyer issues LOI with full banking information with authorization for soft probe attached including RWA text format on bank letterhead signed by two bank officers. (RWA text format will be forwarded with official soft offer after inital inquiry).
