Color Sorting
To achieve the best quality, milled rice is subjected to color sorting. This is a computer-controlled process; a high-resolution -optical inspection of each and every kernel (Rice Grain) is performed. It removes the high concentration of predominantly chalky and discolored kernels to give final product a uniform appearance. This is a very sensitive process and after this process, there are up to only 4-5 discolored kernels in every 50,000 kernels. This percentage of accuracy is incredibly high.

Grading
Our supplier performs both thickness and length grading, through which broken and shriveled rice is separated from head rice with advanced technology through usage of length Graders, Rotary Sifters and Indented Cylinders at three different stages, it is possiblefor us to achieve optimum and uniform grain length.

Procurement of Rice
Our supplier carefully chooses the fields and distributes the prime quality seed to the selected growers. Their trained field supervisors observe cultivation and suggest quality improvement methods right from seedling to crop protection techniques. Their research Division obtains numerous samples from fields after harvesting and husking. These are examined in their lab for final selection of stocks, to be stored after procurement for aging till rice attains maturity. All stocks are numbered and a track record is maintained even after re-processing and export, envisaging finest quality of rice at all levels.

Laboratory Tests
Our supplier's laboratory staff tests a number of samples during different stages of processing and milling. These lab tests ensure the uniformity in whiteness degree, moisture content, Average Grain Length (AGL), broken percentage and color. These hourly lab reports are duly computerized and complete data available to the buyer on demand

Packaging
We pack our  Rice  in environmental friendly and biodegradable packaging. our supplier has the most modern computerized bagging scales that ensure high degree of accuracy in weighing. It is therefore that each and every bag shipped by us weights accurately as per the ordered quantity. This weighing machine is capable for the packing of different sizes ranging from 1kgs to 50kgs. Several kinds of packing materials are used as per customer demands
