DOUBLE-CONTACT BAYONET BASE LED LAMP: This lamp (shown at far right) is custom-made for Roadway Manufacturing featuring the same state-of-the-art LEDs used in our medium base lamp. Rated for 100,000 hours and operating equally well from 10V to 12V, this unique lamp provides dramatic life improvement and reliability over incandescent lamps. Light intensity is comparable to our other 12V bayonet base lamps. This lamp is available in gate and barrier arm lights and in some navigation light applications. This lamp can be used a direct replacement/upgrade for most existing installations currently using 12V double-bayonet lamps. Also features a nickel-plated brass base for superior long-term resistance to corrosion and seizing. LEDs are color-matched to light lenses for maximum light transmission.

DOUBLE-CONTACT BAYONET BASE 12V LAMP: This lamp (second from right) provides 12V service where a double bayonet base lamp is required and traditional incandescent lighting is preferred. Light intensity is 21 candlepower.

DOUBLE-CONTACT BAYONET BASE 120V LAMP: This lamp (center of photo) provides 120V service where a double bayonet base (push and twist to lock) lamp is required. Typical uses include gate and barrier arm lights. Light output is 108 lumens.

20,000 HOUR 120V INCANDESCENT LAMP: This lamp (second from left) features a rated life of 20,000 hours compared to typical incandescent lamps with rated lives of 1,000 to 2,000 hours. Many bridges have eliminated routine lamp maintenance by specifying the dual lamp/transfer relay option with these lamps on their navigation lights. Multiple filament support fingers make the lamp better suited to the rugged conditions seen on bridges and highways. This lamp is standard in all Roadway navigation lights and can be used for any application requiring a standard medium base, 120V lamp. The 100W rating provides the brightest light intensity available in the navigation light market.

MEDIUM BASE LED LAMPS: This lamp (shown at far left) features a rated life of 100,000 hours (over 22 years when burned 12 hours per day). Brightness is approximately equivalent to a 75W incandescent lamp while power consumption is extremely low at only 8 watts. Savings on maintenance and power are the most common reasons for choosing an LED lamp. This lamp features state-of-the-art high-intensity individual LEDs for maximum light output and a standard medium base, making it suitable for direct replacement and upgrade of standard incandescent 120V lamps. LEDs are color-matched to the light lens for maximum light transmission. An alternate 120V medium base LED lamp is also offered. See separate literature for both of these lamps.
