Each vest has unique serial number and a label is attached on each ballistic panel containing the following information:

Trauma Reduction Plate: 1mm thick stainless steel covered by polyurethane.

Armor Carrier: the armor carrier is made by moisture transferring fabric.

Cover of Ballistic Panel: The ballistic panel is covered by ultraviolet protective Nylon cloth, water repellent 80 (and above), and sealed by ultrasonic melting.

Ballistic Panel: 100% ballistic fiber, the same structure is used for all ballistic vests. In the same panel, each layer is in same size and whole piece.

4. Size and Weight:

Vest (without trauma reduction plate): The bullet resistant vest compliant to NIJ-STD-0101.04 level IIIA ballistic requirement. The Vest, can withstand the attack of 9 mm full metal jacked round nose (FMJ RN) bullet, weighing 8.0 grams, fire at velocity 427 m/sec (and below); and the .44 Magnum semi jacked hollow point ( SJHP) bullet, weighing 15.6 grams, fire at velocity 427 m/sec (and below).

3. Ballistic Performance:

A pouch is stitched on the front armor carrier. A 130x 205 mm trauma reduction plate can be inserted in the pouch to increase the protection of the vital organ and reduce the blunt trauma injury.

Protection design: Within the whole covered area, the vest providers NIJ-STD-0101.04 level IIIA protection, can resist most of the handgun attack.

The soft ballistic panels can be removed from the armor carrier. Without the ballistic panels and solid armor, the armor carriers are water washable.

The Vest is designed for wearer-friendly and not to affect the wearers maneuverability.

The armor carriers are constructed of durable and pilling resistant fabric material.

Configure design: The vest described in this specification consists of one front armor carrier and one back carrier. Each armor carrier contains one piece soft ballistic panel.
