BALLISTIC PERFORMANCE of SOFT ARMOR PANEL (SAP):

The soft armor panel (SAP) is the ballistic system of the vest. It is made from lightweight and high performance bullet proof material -- non woven unidirectional sheet (UD). The UD is made from the strongest UHMWPE fiber with high end technology and it has become main bullet proof material in the world. The SAP is made from multi layers of the UD and sews into a water resistant Nylon black cover in standard.

Feature: side open system and open from front to back. Connect by Velcro and adjustable at sides and shoulder. Have two pieces 25x30cm plates insert pocket at front and rear side and two M16 cartridge clip pocket at front and sew on the front plate pocket (not beside). But without extra carry bag and the trauma plate for standard packing.

Color: as order (Available one color of black, white, moss green, UN blue, woodland, desert or by order)

Sewing material: Nylon Velcro, Polyester sewing thread

Liner material: same as surface material (optional with lightweight Nylon liner)

The could make depending on the customer ordered protect level (like NIJ stnadands level IIA, II, IIIA or by order) and it is very lightweight, confortable, and soft wear. The standard design protect front side and back side and contect by velcro but optional for differenct design by order.
