Bank / Nationalized Bank of your country.(b) Your Bank opens such L/C with a Bank that would be nominated by us and such Bank may be in India or outside India.(c) Your Bank sends a request to our nominated Bank for advising the L/C to us after adding their confirmation at the cost of the Seller.II. We would need draft copy of the L/C which your Bank would be opening alongwith the name and address of your Bank.III. The quality, quantity & weight etc. would be final as per load port report issued by any International Inspection Agency.IV. Upon receiving your interest alongwith the above information we would quote our most competitive prices C&F destination port which would include Bank charges for confirmation and credit of upto 180 days from date of L/C.
