TWO OPERATING MODES
The AlcoBlow? can be used in two modes:
ACTIVE - The subject participates by blowing into
the cone of the instrument where a sample of
breath is collected for analysis.
PASSIVE - The operator places the cone of the
instrument in a space of air where alcohol maybe
present. This mode can be used without a
subjects cooperation or can be used in the
area above a drink to see if it contains alcohol.
