LED Traffic Lights are designed for transport vehicles' regulation and pedestrians. It corresponds to GOST 25695.The element basis of light sources of traffic light is presented by the light-radiant diodes with high technical economic characteristics. The opportunity of false traffic light signal perception by the participant of traffic in the case of traffic light shining by sun radiation is excluded ("phantom" effect).The forms of light sources radiator exclude the catastrophic refuse of the traffic light while working. The electric scheme of sources of light allows to compensate influence of temperature fluctuation and changing of voltage for lightness of the light source.They take into account the fixed dimensions of early produced traffic lights while elaborating light-diodes sources of light. They can be put in the old boxes without rearranging of controllers of traffic-lights governing. Currently they put new light-diodes sources with diameter 200 and 300 mm into usual lamp traffic lights, which are situated in the streets.
