Material
UV Stabilized Flame Retardant Polycarbonate

LED's are the ultrabright typeand are rated for 100,000 hours of continuous operation at nominalcurrent and at 25 deg. C. The operating temperature range is from -40?C to 74 ?C. The LED emission spectrum shall meet the present ITEchromaticity diagram according to the 1931 CIE standard. The viewingangle shall not be less than 30 deg.

Polycarbonatesignals are made from a very tough, impact resistant, flame retardant,UV stabilized polycarbonate material. The colour is uniform throughoutthe thickness of the material, eliminating the fading and paint-peelingassociated with the aluminum signals. Poly signals have been tested towithstand severe weather conditions. Stainless steel hardware is usedthroughout.

Our polysignal line has been designed using a Building Block approach -individual signal housings can be quickly and easily combined to meetyour specific signaling requirements.

Polycarbonatesignals are replacing aluminum signals because they provide a complete,versatile and reliable product at a significantly lower cost thana luminum signals. The polycarbonate signal is also much lighter to workwith, and is easier to install.
