    Roo Guards are a new delineator system which can be put in place without heavy equipment. Each unit is only 60lbs, so they can be moved by habd if necessary. They are available in white and colors, orange, blue, red yellow, green. They are filled with water when in place and have been tested by both the Federal Highwaty Administration and the Department of Transportation.
