DPI Roadliner is a powder paint developed exclusively by our company for application - after melting at around 180 to 200 degree Celsius using special heating equipment - on concrete and bitumen road surfaces. The molten material can be screeded, extruded or sprayed on to the road surfaces in varying thickness from 1.5mm to 5mm using the appropriate applicators. DPI Roadliner is composed of hydrocarbon and/or Esterified Rosin binders, high reflectance pigments, aggregates and extenders of various fineness and chemical additives to modify surface and application properties. High quality reflective glass beads are also incorporated into the formulation for good visibility at night. Glass beads are also dropped on to the molten paint during application to provide immediate reflectance. DPI Roadliner has the following excellent characteristics:
