Roll crushers / Roll crushers of fine grinding - SMK 516--------------------------------------------------------------------------------The roll crushers of fine grinding SMK 516 are intended for grinding of the ceramic paste by the way of crushing and rubbing of materials at the expense of various district speed of rollers, rotating towards each other.It's used on brickyards (no more than 30 millions a year), tile factories, drainpipe plants and plants of other ceramics production. Humidity of the paste into rollers is 14&22 %, quantity of impurities (not crushable) inclusions with breaking point of pressure is no more than 150 MPa and no more than 5 % from total amount of the ceramic paste received in rollers; additions of chamotte, of sand and of impurities (non-crushable) inclusions in the ceramic paste is no more than 10 %.There is a spring- shock tool for protection against hit of non-crushed pieces. This tool provides automatic roll rupture.Mobile and immobile rolls consist of a band pinning on two cone disks. Six buckles connect these disks among each other.Bands are made of chilled cast iron or of treated steel.A mobile roll leans against roller carriages; an immobile roll is similar with a mobile roll and there is only one difference: its roller carriages are fixed and they can't move. The roll crushers are balanced. There are weights inside of a roll on tightenings for avoiding of imbalance.You can regulate the clearance between rolls at the expense of moving of a mobile roll with the help of stop bolts.There are two scrapers to clear rolls of the adhered paste that work with the help of leverage and without the clearance. The rolls are closed by a casing There is a charging cone in it. A chute block is fixed in a charging cone. Thus loam paste is distributed more equal. The roll crushers can be completed with a flowing advice instead of a grinding advice upon requestor of the customer. The grinding advice is installed for the renewal of geometry of rolls surfaces if bands are worn out irregularly (no more than 0,5mm). The grinding advice consists of:A stand;A carriage;A grinding head;A driving gear of longitudinal drive. The cast stand is installed on a roll frame. A carriage with a grinding head and a driving gear of longitudinal drive is mounted on the stand. A carriage moves along the roll in hands off. A carriage can move by and too. The cross-feed of a grinding head is only realized by hand.We advise to grind till depth of grinding 0,2mm. The traverse motion in hands off is 200mm/min.The roll crushers can be completed with a frequency shifter of current upon requestor of the customer. It allows realizing of the reduced-current start of the engine. At the same time it protects the engine from overloads and inrush currents.
