Thai long grain Parboiled rice is rice that has been boiled in theHusk. Parboiled rice is rich of vitamins all most similar as brown rice. Beforecooking the rice has a little yellow colour, but after cooking it turns white. Parboiledrice is easy cook rice. This means the rice never become sticky even whenovercooked. Parboiled rice is little bit chewier than Thai white rice.
