Application:

The cabinet casing is intended for the installation of 19" electronic caskets with a modular scale of openings U=44.45 mm. It is also suitable for mounting controllers and control and distribution apparatus, provided that additional supporting elements are used.

4. DPU cabinet casing - IP-66 protection level

Topcoat:

The mounting panel is coated with RAL 2008 powder paint; it can be made of zinc coated steel sheet, or otherwise, according to order.

box:1.5 mm stainless steel sheet
door: 1.5 - 2 mm stainless steel sheet
mounting panel: 2 - 2.5 mm steel sheet

3. EDR type boxes with a single door -IP-65 protection level

Topcoat:

The box, the door, and the lid are degreased, phosphorus coated and painted with RAL 7032 powder paint or according to order. The mounting panel is coated with RAL 2008 powder paint; it can be made of zinc coated steel sheet, or otherwise, according to order.
 

Materials:

box:1.5 mm steel sheet
door: 2 mm steel sheet
mounting panel: 2.5 mm steel sheet

2. DD type boxes with a double door - IP-65 protection level

Topcoat:

The box, the door, and the lid are degreased, phosphorus coated and painted with RAL 7032 powder paint or according to order. The mounting panel is coated with RAL 2008 powder paint; it can be made of zinc coated steel sheet, or otherwise, according to order.
