In order for us to make an offer, we must know:

1) Commodity with EXACT Specification
2) How many Tons of each Product
3) Destination with Unloading Port
4) Discharge Rate Per WWD at the Unloading Port / Berth.
5) Delivery Period Desired.
6) What size of Shipments are required.
7) Payment terms
8) LC will cover each shipment or the total amount? or otherwise.

Procedure:
- Buyer sends detailed inquiry with target price!
- Seller sends soft offer.
- Buyer issues and sends LOI + BCL
- Seller sends FCO
- Buyer countersigns FCO and sends it back
- Contract issued
