Payment : By an Irrevocable L/C At Sight with T.T. Reimbursement allowed, opened by a prime world bank acceptable to the seller within 5 days after signing the contract. L/C to be available at any bank in Vietnam and payable for 100% invoice value within 3 working days after receipt of tested telex from negotiating bank certifying the conformity of the shipping documents with the terms and conditions of the L/C. All banking charges inside Vietnam at Sellers account. All banking charges outside Vietnam at Buyers account.

Inspection : By Independent surveyor at Sellers option and cost and its certificates to be final at loading port.

Packing : In PP bags of 50 kgs net each and fit for sea transportation.

Shipment : March 2009.

Quantity : 10,000 - 20,000 MT  per month .

All other expenses at disport ( including THC at disport ) to be at Buyers account.

Price : USD 420; 400; 380; 370/ net MT FOB Saigon, Vietnam ( Incoterms 2000 to apply ).
