Simple gauze dust mask products include: The old/latest styles of 2002, multi-functional types of 2002 and the thickened active carbon type of 2008. The interior of the product is made with the N95 and N99 grade filter material, a new filter material exclusively designated by the China Academy of Safety Science and Technology of the State Economic and Trade Center to protect against N-nitroso compounds. According to the national inspection standard on dust concentration, the masks of models above can be worn for 35 to 45 hours and 8 to 10 hours per day. One should change the masks every 4 to 5 days and clean them for 3 times during such period (the product is used in such industries as rubber, fur manufacturing, batteries, chemical engineering, mines, oil, nuclear, ship building, artware, paper making, brewing, crystal, agriculture, petrochemical, environmental protection & hygiene and glass making). The active carbon masks, including the multi-functional type masks of 2002, the 2008 type masks and the thickened active carbon type masks, can effectively purify air and remove odor and absorptive dust (the product is suitable for such fields as casting, welding, lab, agriculture, petrochemical, ground coat painting and cleaning). The temperature of the environment for wearing such masks shall not exceed 60. The product can not be used in environments containing oily gas.
Note: The best water temperature for washing the mask is from 6 to 20 (no more than 30). Moreover, the mask can not be kneaded or its interior filter material will be damaged. Instead, it should be washed and wiped softly until its surface dust is cleared off.
