We provide services for Mampaey Quick Release Offshore Hook in operation on various FSOs & FPSOs in Asia Pacific region . Offshore QRH can be packaged as an integrated tandem/ side mooring protection system consisting of Mampaey QRH & Load Monitoring Systems with MIB Hose Protection Systems (MIB HPS/QCDC) and MIB Hose Breakaway Unit. Our Engineers have extensive experience in Logic Sequence and Function Test of MIB QCDC integrated with Marine Loading Arms and QRH . MIB CONNECTORS AND SAFETY SYSTEMS : Our engineers work closely with MIB in installation, commissioning and overhaul of QCDC onboard FSO/ FPSO or on Marine Loading Arms. With more than 17 years field experienced in QCDC & ERS DBV PERC installation, commission & emergency disconnection test (ESD 1 / ESD2 ), we have an established team to install, function test, and commission QCDC/ Connectors. On case specific basis, we are available 24/7 for activation to assist in accident investigation, emergency disconnection & reconnection onshore or offshore. SIRI MARINE BV, MOTION MONITORING SERVICES AND HULL INTEGRITY MONITORING : SIRI MARINE MOTION MONITORING SYSTEM provide a Decision Support System during ocean transport or offshore operation. The system gives on board real-time information on the actual motions (accelerations, angels and forces) of the vessel and generates warnings when the maximum allowable motions/forces on cargoes and structures are reached. It has proven track record on major ocean heavy lift transport and jack up rig operation . SIRI MARINE HULL INTEGRITY AND CONDITION MONITORING module consists of two or more DimMax sensors and dedicated PC-based software. The Motion Monitor module is included in this module. The system measures, displays and logs the deflection (hogging / sagging) and torsion in a vessel. Maximum allowable values are monitored with the alarm system. This ensure during loading and discharging in port, the risk of over-stressing the vessel can be eliminated. Long term monitoring of actual bending moments versus theoretical bending moments during various loading conditions gives input for "Fatigue Life" calculations and conclusions Together with our maritime experts in Holland, we will be in constant contact with customer marine team during ocean towing or sea lift movement. Real time decision analysis is discussed (online or satellite phone) to achieve appropriate motion towing movement to ensure safe vessel operation |
