Central Barrier

Precast concrete Central and Jersey barriers are used in a variety of applications such as road medians, road diversions, security barriers, construction site boundry barriers, etc. These barriers enjoy many advantages over conventional methods. In road applications these barriers provide a unique method to optimize the space utilization and thereby accomodate more vehicles. In addition, they enhance the aesthetic appeal of the road by maintaining uniformity of dimensions throughout the length of the road. Moreover, relative to conventional methods these barriers are easily and quickly installed. In security applications, these barriers are again not only quick to install but also are able to effectively restrain any vehicles in the event of a collision.
