HTC142 is equipment that detects material's tension with detector in both end of roller to make the detecting tension and the difference by zero, and that use the controller to control excitation current of powder clutch/brake through feedback. It is quick at response of detecting part, & control the tension precisely and stably. |

*High-precision control *Roll detector have two types such as load cell & differential transformer, which load cell type is small for zero transformation and differential transfomer type have rapid response as well as small hysteresis. *It controls high-precisely as the controller use circuit(comparison + integration) that can get stable motions. *It read operationg tension at once. In other words, there is no error by loose tension because it use two detectors, and it can see total tension of the left and right with tension-meter at once. *It can go without separate operation as it automatically control an exact tension till the rewinding or unwinding control work is finished accoding to fixing of tension value with dial. |
