      The monitoring station operator (and pre-programmed preset numbers) can call Active Guard handsets anytime using the built in GSM phone technology.
      Each Active Guard unit is programmed to answer calls only from defined phone numbers.
      No need for check calls - ActiveGuard acts as a check call system to verify the staff member is on-site
