7 - The Buyer opens non-operative Letter of Credit in a maximum of 48 hours.
8 - In 48 hours from date of issue the Letter of Credit the Sellers Bank issue
      the Proof of Product to Buyers Bank. This will activate the financial instrument as
      operative.
9 - Shipment will commence in strict compliance with the contract terms and the
     delivery schedule mutually agreed upon.

Time of delivery: 45 days, (It depends on the amount and type of delivery).


As is logical, to begin with the sale, we need the buyer is identified with the LOI & BCL. With this information, the buyer has everything needed to buy our vegetable oils and send the documents of purchase to identify correctly, we only attend any question, doubt or order, with this documents. this prices and procedures are not negotiables.

These are the international high quality (1?) specifications for export of vegetable oils in bottle, you can see that are of high quality (FOSFA). This is the real way to come from an exporter seriously. The method of payment is with LC and we only sell SPOT by SPOT. We offer the customer all types of delivery (FOB, CIF, CFR,..). We do not send samples, the phytosanitary certificates fulfill this function (Qualitas, Veritas, SGS..). We have not problem in that you send a man of his company to see in person the export of their goods, but first you have to close the purchase, not before. The POP are delivered by the Argentine government and is in Spanish. We are end seller of Argentinean commodities. Excuse my English, our multinational is Spanish and argentina and only speak Spanish.

Asian countries: $200 USD/MT.
Europe: $180 USD/MT.
Arab Countries: $170 USD/MT.
Caribbean: $130 USD/MT.
U.S.A: $150 USD/MT.

Mode of payment : Letter of credit at sight confirmed, divisible and irrevocable, of a first-rate Top 25 bank, by the total 100% of the sum of the SPOT.

Type of contract: Only SPOT - The amount by SPOT is chosen by the buyer and each SPOT were signs a new contract and the price is updated. We not signed contracts with deliveries per month for one year, only SPOT.

Granted of delivery: The non comply with the delivery of goods by the seller or the suspension of contract by the buyer will be sanctioned with a penalty clause in the contract by the amount that the buyer prefers. We not deliver "PB", this clause legally ensures full compliance by both parties, buyer and seller. We offer a 100% guarantee of delivery in the contract.

Procedures:

1 - The buyer sends to the seller LOI and BCL.
2 - The seller sends FCO to name of buyer.
3 - The Buyer returns Formal Corporate Offer duly signed and sealed to
     the Seller.
4 - The Seller issues the Sales and Purchase Agreement in favour of the Buyer via E-
     mail.
5 - The Buyer review and return the contract duly signed and sealed by mail.
6 - The Seller sign contract and exchange contract by courier (DHL or UPS) and send one
