Gym In The Pocket (GITP) comes with five different levels of resistance, ranging from extra light to heavy, to suit an individuals level of fitness or strength.
GITP comes in a compact set consisting of an elastic resistance loop band and six instructional guides comprising over 50 exercises specially designed by qualified and experienced physiotherapists as well as a certified strength and conditioning specialist.

It is seen as the fitness solution for urbanites as it provides a training system that could do it all strength training, muscle toning, flexibility training, interval cardio and even specialised training for speed and agility.
