The expander will cut tiny slits in the graft, which allow the graft to stretch for covering larger burn area with less skin with its unique design it guarantees to transform a skin graft into an efficient graft providing increased area coverage.Its design facilitates easy and accurate meshing of tender skin in the thickness range of 0.2 to 0.8 mm and width upto 120 mm.
