Years of experience have cometogether to offer a new mile stone in the evolution of the spinningreel. Combinations of new innovative and time tested features have beenincorporated into this new reel in order to withstand the harshsaltwater environment for a lifetime of hard use, with unmatchedfeatures and attributes. Made from the strongest materials available,aerospace grade billet aluminum, 6AL-4V Titanium, 304/316 marine gradestainless steel. The ZeeBaaS reel uses (2) sealed drag plates in thespool combined with specially developed carbon fiber woven materials,resulting in super sensitive linear performance range putting out up to30 lb of drag, no drag washers are used! The machined aluminum frame,spool, rotor and foot are coated (Z-Coat) with a special military spec.finish altered slightly to our own specification. It is ultra hard andhas five times the corrosion resistance of other high end reels in themarket.
