Pop Master has a flat bottom which works best in calm conditions, it also generates the most splash and commotion compared to the rest of all the other models.

Razor,Draco, Bone Eater and Back Bone Bros have "V" bottoms shaped like the hull of boats. This unique feature helps the poppers cut through the water with less resistance during popping.

Model applications
Cobra and Razor are ideal for choppy conditions. They work well in calm and moderate conditions too. They are excellent all rounder. 

Center of Gravity
Most manufacturers implant balancers (small lumps of lead) into their products, however balancers only adds on unnecessary weight to the poppers. Instead of using balancers, we use the natural center of gravity of the wood to our advantage, eliminating the burden of excessive dead weight.

Weight and Size
Using pine as the base material, we created big poppers with comfortable casting weights. A lead processing department was set up to produce the polished lead sinkers to cater for the specific requirements of Evolution. Bigger poppers tend to capture game fish's attention better than their smaller counterparts. Similar sized products from other manufacturers are significantly heavier, which wears down the angler faster after repeated casting.

Tow Points
To further minimize fatigue on anglers, all our designs except for Cobra have off-set tow points. Off-set tow points on the poppers decrease the resistance during retrieval, allowing you to fire off cast after cast without feeling the strain.

Buoyancy
After field testing with a wide variety of wood, we discovered that pine has the best buoyancy rate as compared to the rest of the other timber available for testing. It will return to the surface rapidly after the initial dive, allowing you to get into the action fast.

Durability
All materials and components are carefully selected to prolong the lifespan of our products.

Outlook
Big game poppers have been around for quite some time, but the only changes observed so far are the shapes and paint job. We decided to differentiate ourselves from the rest and bring big game popping to a whole new dimension by creating Evolution. The exterior outlook of Evolution is engineered to perform specific operations under certain conditions and at the same time complements the overall presentation of the products. 

Flight Trajectory
To eliminate tumbling of the poppers while casting in windy conditions, we use ultra light weight body construction coupled with a heavy load at the end. This combination allows the popper to cut through the wind easily with minimum disruption.

During the development of Evolution, technical and physical properties of different wood were recorded and compared during the testing of our prototypes. Properties like flight trajectory, casting distance, center of gravity, weight, size, tow point, buoyancy,durability and outlook are some of the factors that determined our choice of materials and designs.
