The short-term objective of the HERE I AM LIFE CREATION CENTRE is to carve out a significant niche within the convention and tourism industry on the Gold Coast within the first 2 yrs of operation, leading to over 200,000 visitors by the end of the second year. The long-term goal, within the third through fifty years of operation, will be to meet and exceed the projected cash payouts to the limited partnership and be in a position to attract over 350,000 visitors in the fifth year of operation.
