THE WHOLE REALIZATION INCLUDES

STEELBASE

The assembly of the parts occurs mainly with supporting cones to avoid the problem of fixed equipment with pins assembly and unexpected plays (clearance). Screw and bolts (nylstop) with a diameter of 20mm in quality (toughness) 8.8 are mainly used instead of simple pins.

SUPPORTING STRUCTURE

The detectors are magnetic driven. The whole ride is computer assisted.

The 9 brakes are connected to 2 m long air brakes. These brakes block in case of loss of power and can also be released manually.

Circuit equipped with 9 brakes and emergency stops, regulating the safety distance between each car. They are placed in the circuit to respect the dispatch between each car and obey the principle of cars cantonment.

CIRCUIT

Motor of the lift is automatically blockingthe cars in case of electrical breakdown, this prevents the cars from dropping backwards.

Lift is composed of 3 parts of 8,5 m which can be dismantled, a bottom part with container for chain and motorization and asummit with a winch to pull the chain when installing the lift.

Capacity of the ride can be reduced by loading a maximum of 3 cars in a storage near the station.

STATION

Safety components to stop the gondola as soon as it leaves the station when a safety bar is not locked.

Chassis with a ring bearing, reinforced plastic body fixed on a ? pivot ? to allow the spinning of the cars. 2 safety bars per car with an automatic release when coming backinto the station.
