BICYCLE

During the 30s and early 40s America had its greatest number of bicycle manufactures. Hawthorn was a well known name that made a great bicycle. Here may be the original Racer in response to the English high performance bicycles. Sporting 27 inch wheels at the time as apposed to the 26 inch Ballooners of the time, we have the Trail Blazer in rare original form. Everything as it was as it came off the show room floor other than the tires. Complete with Pigeon dung, this classic could be easily restored to once again be the envy of the bicycle club. The handle bars are a bit bent but without much trouble one could straighten them out.
