*Inside of each body tube is specially treated with anti-reflective paint and several light stops added to reduce internal reflections and provide a high-contrast image

*Fog-proof tested at -20 degrees C for thrirty (30) minutes and removed to ambient.  Must be completely clear in less than two (2) minutes to pass inspection

*Waterproof tested at 25cm/40 degrees C for three (3) minutes

*Each scope is "spin-centered" and has dual glass lenses

*Recoil tested at 50 BMG parameters (1000g/0.4-0.8ms)

*100% (not 85% or 90% as with the competition) of the units are inspected to ensure quality

*Optical components imported from Hoya of Japan for image quality higher than anything available in China

*Imported hermetic grease used for superior waterproof and for-proof performance

*Imported 3M two-part epoxies used in all bonding applications

*Chinese "labor" is utilized, but not Chinese "parts"

*Built in the ONLY U.S. owned and managed facility in China

*Each model is entirely unique and custom to Osprey
