URSUS is a Polish based company that was established over 100 years ago for the manufacturing of stationery engines and later used for the manufacturing of defense related equipment during
the 1st and 2nd world wars period.
After the Second World War they designed their own tractors and produced them for their domestic market. In 80s Government of Poland awarded a contract to Massey Ferguson to set-up a
tractor plant on turnkey basis with transfer of technology. This plant was built using the most advanced and modern production techniques assisted with computers and robots. This is the
latest tractor plant purpose built since 1956. All other manufacturing facilities are improve-upon kind.
FarmAll is manufacturing 2 URSUS models 2812 & 3512. Quality meets the specifications due to process control and 100% torque testing for a consistent quality. FarmAll has not deviated from
the original MF/URSUS design and Quality.
Resale Value is the True Design & Quality Assessment: Assessment of design and quality is established from the resale value of a product which is dependent on productivity (work-output),
durability (low brake-downs), cheaper maintenance & repair, lower fuel consumption: all this results in overall lower operating cost and thus higher resale value.
URSUS Resale Value: URSUS tractors enjoy best resale value in the Pakistan market. For an example URSUS Tractors delivered (over 8,000) in 1994-96 at a price of 150,000 and 230,000
respectively is now valued on an average at 300,000 even after 12 to 14 years of their use.
