This call is one of DJ'S (David Jackson's) versions of the cut-down grafton calls. The tonal plugs of course are made out of hard rubber with the keyway slot.
This one is cut in an Arkansas style. I can either put in white mylar reeds or I can put in black vinyl reeds to suit your needs. The calls differ a lot in the way they are tuned and in turn has a
complete different sound. This old way of duck calling was almost a lost art. I'm glad to be a part of bringing it back to life. If you have any questions call me and I will help you all I can. The
tonal plug is rounded off on the end and the contour has been modified.
