dry additions. It is used in food plants, bakeries and farms.The tunnel drum is made of a food grade of stainless steel. The drum design ensures good rotation and movement of the product with a
uniform application of liquid and loose ingredients. Two types of batchers can be fitted onto the drum.Liquid ingredient batcher includes:food stainless steel tank with the design allowing
electronic control of a preset temperature of foodstuffs; gear pump with controllable rotational speed ensures an accurate liquid dose; sprayer and support with adjustable elements for a uniform
spraying of an ingredient onto foodstuffs.
