Fully functional. It is a 2 speed 33 and 45 rpm player. It has a very heavy platter I think one of the heaviest you can get. The tonearm is made by empire and has sapphire bearings. A very good
sounding tonearm. It has adjustable dials for the tracking and anti-skating. It is mounted in a walnut base which has solid glass on top and in the front. The arm lift buttons raise the arm up and
down. you just touch them very lightly. No need to worry about the needle skipping on the record (works good). The touch buttons illuminate when you touch them as well as the tone arm holder. Quite
a site to look at in a dimmly lit room. The base has one chip in it that I show in one of the pictures. Really not that noticable. Some very slight nicks on the tone arm lift holder as seen in the
picture.
The audio-technica cartridge, although not real popular is a very good cartridge. It has 0.3x0.7 BiRadial stylus with a thin-wall alloy tube. It tracks at 1.0-1.5 grams. It has I would guess about
5 hours on it. Just got through listening to it for about 1/2 hr. Sounds very good. Sold as is due to age.
