New Selmer Paris Reference 54 Model 72 Alto Saxophone

This horn was designed with reference to the famous Mark VI (built in1954). It combines modern instrument design and 'the Mark VI sound' tocreate a kick-ass saxophone.  The bore of the entire instrument exactlycopies that of the original 1954 Mark VI and this greatly enhances the'nostalgic' sound quality of the Horn.  The key work feels closer tothe body due to a more compact design without comprising intonation ortone quality, specifically LH and RH little fingers, palm keys and sidekeys and this gives way to a more comfortable finger and hand positionand excellent overall response.  The Reference 54 is finished with astunning 'Dark' lacquer finish.
