Upright Erard Pianino serial number 13236, year is 1828. This is a very rare find as its the earliest known, and the first of six uprights pianos that Sebastien Erard made. Case is made of Mahogany
with thin strips of citrus wood to highlight. 6 octaves, with two pedals unicord, and damper. The sound of this piece is exceptional! Has the rings of bells, the roundness of early grand piano, and
the old sounds of pianoforte all in one time. Exceptional sound for such a small upright.
