The Wilderness Canvas Camping Tent has webbing on the eaves with D rings making it much stronger compared to having only grommets pressed into canvas eaves like standard tents. Additionally, the ridge has a sewn double layer of canvas for reinforcement. The most pressure on a tent is always at the eaves and the ridge because of eave guy ropes pulling the canvas tight to insure easy rain run off and to prevent rainwater pooling at the eaves.
