Large-width extrusion coating and laminating machine is designed by ourselves, as the first China-made extrusion line, our tarpaulin production line is advanced equipment for producing large-width laminated products.

The line uses PP or PE as raw material, to be coating or laminating with plastic woven fabric. It is widely used for producing large width sun cloths, canvases, waterproof cloth, geotextiles, heavy-duty packaging cloths, etc

The line adopts an overhead-type extruder, according to the products requirements it can be equipped with different configuration and devices.

1. Equipped with dual exturders and dual dies to accomplish double-sided lamination in one process.
2. Equipped with double sized squeezer and a dryer, to be suitable for producing the products from fabric made by water-jet loom.
3. Equipped with a corona treater and a printer, to be suitable for producing the coated products with trade mark pattern.
4. The lamination section can be equipped with three-roller calendering, to be suitable for producing wide sheet(maximum thickness up to 3mm).
5. The lamination speed can be up to 150m/min, as per customers' requirements.
