Polyester Base fabric double bottoms, multiple chambers, and strategically located self rescue handles and D rings make this boat more versatile than any self bailer on the market. It works well for 2 to 5 paddlers, and is a great self support boat for 2 or 3 paddlers. A small light weight frame converts it into an oar raft. You owe it to yourself to check this boat and the Outfitter Culebra out. Don let the looks fool you. These big Culebra craft are real sweet hearts that will take you through some really big water and you will be amazed at how they perform. 14 ft 6 inches long, 75 inches wide, with 6 separate chambers if you count the 2 foot thwarts. The empty weight is 85 lbs, and it can be broken down into multiple pieces for shipping as luggage on any airline in the world. It is not necessary to use all or any of the foot thwarts. They are a superior way to lock in for big water. |
