The Rawlings ST5 Pro Preferred(TM) football is a great game ball. It features a Center Cut(TM) Howeeen(TM) full-grain leather cover with the new formulation of Tanned-in-Tac for a great grip. Rawlings adds soft-touch foam between the leather and the lining, which helps this ball keep its soft feel in colder air. A new composite lace and lock-stitched seams are added for unparalleled grip and durability. The ST5 is builit on a QB05 pattern, precisely engineered at the smaller end of the NCAA and NFHS specifications. This makes the ball easy to wrap your hand around, making it a great ball to lead the passing game. The guts of the ball are built from a multi-layer bladder system, designed to hold the shape and fill the ends better, reducing those soft pockets which can form on the ends.
