They have Hi-Tec's Comfort Tec Insoles, which consist of a moisture wicking top layer and a contoured Compression Molded EVA Cushioning Base Layer.  The lining of the boot is moisture wicking as well.  The less moisture in your boot the fewer blisters you will get.
